Effective controls are an important complement to a warm air heating system. Benson Heating has introduced SmartCom3, an intelligent, cost effective energy management controller, in order to satisfy the growing need for higher efficiencies and to complement the development of efficient heating systems.

Benson Heating de-stratification fans reverse the natural convection process, re-circulating warm air back to working level providing a permanent reduction in roof space temperature and uniform temperature distribution.  These fans will successfully save energy by reducing heating bills from between 20% - 50% and with minimal running costs.

Ideal for lofty buildings with minimal insulation such as factories, sports centres and warehouses, Vision radiant tube type heaters give almost instant heat in areas of high air change. In conjunction with Smartcom controls, radiant heating offers proven energy reduction over standard types of heating systems.

In hotter periods, free cooling or the use of fresh outside air can provide reasonable comfort conditions at minimal cost.  Many Benson products can be designed with fresh air ducting that may be automatically opened during warm weather and closed again when required.

Doors, windows and extract fans are among the simple to identify items that are proven to add hugely to both industrial and commercial factory heating running costs and carbon footprint. Check your controls, do they automatically update for British summer time, that extra hour is a simple energy saver if your system timers are set correctly.
